The State Infrastructure Telecommunication Coordination Committee (JPIT) of Perak, convened a strategic meeting to align Perak’s Smart City implementation with the State’s digital aspirations under the Perak Digital Economy Action Plan 2030 and Perak Smart City Blueprint 2040.
Upon invitation by the Committee Secretariat, SCPA presented a strategic paper on Integrated Approach in Smart Cities Delivery that connects policy, digital infrastructure, data governance and talent development into a structured program delivery model—moving towards a systemised, outcome-driven implementation.
By strengthening coordination across agencies and enhancing implementation capabilities through enablers such as data management, funding mechanisms, innovation and human capital, the Committee reaffirmed its commitment to accelerating digital economy growth and generating measurable returns to the State Government through a coherent and mature smart city program framework.
