Across many cities and townships, smart initiatives stall not because of lack of innovation but because they are delivered as isolated projects, across silos, minimal continuity.

Across the region, cities are advancing smart city initiatives to improve quality of life and urban sustainability. Yet many still face challenges in scaling these efforts across technologies, smart domains and stakeholders.
Our experience shows that the real gap is often not technology but delivery at the program level.
The Smart Cities Program Alliance (SCPA) was established to advance Smart Cities as a Program—strengthening the systems, capabilities and ecosystem collaboration needed for cities to scale smart city initiatives across their maturity journey.
As cities progress along this journey, new marketspaces naturally emerge, creating fresh opportunities for industry, innovators and partners to contribute and collaborate, to further spur digital economy.
