THE ALLIANCE

The Smart Cities Program Alliance (SCPA) is a regional leadership platform advancing Smart City Program Management as a core institutional capability and as an enabler of new, untapped marketspace within the smart city ecosystem.
SCPA addresses a fundamental reality :
Smart city transformation is constrained not by lack of technology, but by the absence of program-level systems, coordinated delivery, and market structures that translate vision into sustained outcomes.
By strengthening the program layer, SCPA enables cities to deliver better while enabling the ecosystem to co-create, participate, and scale within a structured, investable and lower risk environment.
Standing at the threshold between Public and Private,
the Alliance empowers cities, private sectors and academia towards collaborative delivery in untapped market
WHY WE EXIST
Smart city ambitions often stall not due to lack of vision or technology, but due to siloed delivery systems and fragmented governance.
Policies exist.
Projects proceed.
Outcomes remain disconnected.
SCPA exists to close this gap by institutionalising program management and creating the conditions for sustained impact and ecosystem participation through new opportunities arised from the delivery gaps.
