Engagements with Smart Cities Program Alliance (SCPA)

SCPA’s frameworks, playbooks, and methodologies have been fully productised to allow structured and scalable engagement. Governments, Private Sectors, Township Developers, and Academia may engage with SCPA based on the level of depth, involvement, and implementation support required. Each engagement model is designed to reduce delivery risks, strengthen governance, and accelerate structured smart city program execution.

Engagements are structured into five distinct approaches :

  • Strategic Collaboration -  Ecosystem partnership to co-create new marketspace, contents, playbooks/tools, and sustainable developmental initiatives on the smart city program.

  • Consultancy – Detailed involvement with defined deliverables, including structured frameworks, documentation, implementation systems, and measurable outputs.

  • Advisory – Strategic guidance and validation without formal deliverables, focused on direction-setting, risk reduction, and executive clarity.

  • Workshop /Training – Focused 1–2 day structured capability development sessions to build specific program management competencies.

  • Coaching – Post-engagement hand-holding over a defined period to ensure disciplined implementation, accountability, and sustained momentum.

SCPA supports Governments, Private Sectors, Township Developers and Academia through four structured pathways — Consultancy, Advisory, Training/Workshops, and Coaching — enabling organisations to move from strategic clarity to disciplined program execution with the right level of depth and support.
