The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Johor Civil Service (JCS) Academy and MSC Cyberport Sdn Bhd marks a significant milestone in advancing talent development within the Johor state public sector. Formalised in the presence of senior state officials, the collaboration underscores a shared commitment to upskilling Johor Civil Service officers—particularly those serving across local governments—through structured capability development programmes.
As the appointed Program Delivery Partner (PDP) for SCPA, Cyberport will support the implementation of targeted capacity building initiatives designed to strengthen program management, digital competencies, and smart city delivery capabilities, aligning with Johor’s broader smart state aspirations and public sector transformation agenda.
