At Johor Smart City Day 2024, SCPA played a strategic role in curating the content for both the Closed Roundtable and the Public Tech-Talk themed “Smart City as a Program: 6 Steps in Systemizing Delivery & De-Risking Private Investments.” The sessions emphasised why systemization matters in aligning stakeholders, structuring governance, strengthening comparative monitoring across cities, and enabling climate resilience through coordinated program delivery.
By advancing the narrative from isolated projects to integrated programs and systems, SCPA reinforced the importance of structured governance, delivery frameworks, and capability development as critical enablers for scalable smart city implementation and sustainable digital economy growth in Johor and beyond.
