This course addresses these challenges by providing a structured, program-based approach that equips participants with practical frameworks for end-to-end smart city program design, implementation, and management.
Through integrated learning across strategy, governance, innovation, digital transformation, data management, and Smart City Delivery Office (SCDO) operations — supported by PPP delivery models, sustainable funding strategies, and real-world tools — participants gain the capability to execute scalable, investment-ready, and operationally sustainable smart city programs.
