The Masterclass for the Overall Smart City Program Management is a high-impact course designed to build holistic capabilities in smart cities program management. Structured around seven core modules, the course spans the full spectrum of smart city implementation—from structured program rollout to data and stakeholder governance.
Participants will begin with the 7-Step Smart Cities Program Implementation model and explore the Program Delivery Office (PDO) framework to manage PPP-driven initiatives. The course continues with the design of a Smart City Innovation Hub as a collaborative platform that unites stakeholders across sectors.
Advanced modules address the creation of Data Governance Guidelines for internal stakeholders and Open Data Strategies for external alignment. Special focus is given to AI-readiness through data cleaning and cataloguing, preparing cities to harness AI technologies effectively. The final module covers operationalising Integrated Operation Centres (IOC) using business models and data platforms to anchor real-time service delivery.
This masterclass equips participants with strategic foresight, technical acumen, and operational methodologies necessary to architect high-performing, citizen-centric smart cities.
