This course addresses these challenges by providing an overview on a systemized Smart City Program Management approach built on the 3Ps Framework (Policies, Programs, Projects) and the integrated 7-Step implementation model — from digitalisation readiness and governance to delivery, data management, IOC integration, and crisis management.
