This 1-day sprint (micro learning) course is designed to equip participants with a structured and practical approach to assessing digitalisation readiness as a critical foundation for smart city and township initiatives.
Participants will be introduced to a comprehensive digitalisation readiness framework, a step-by-step assessment methodology, and analytical techniques to evaluate readiness at both divisional and organisational levels. The course emphasises interpreting readiness analytics to identify strengths, gaps, inter-divisional misalignments, and overall digital maturity, coupled with recommendations to enable informed decision-making.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to translate digitalisation readiness insights into actionable inputs that support smart city and township program take-off, prioritisation, and scalable delivery.
